PURPOSE: A method for purchasing products or services through a bidding using available bidding sections through the Internet, and a bidding system for the same are provided to make a bidder having a high purchase intention for the specified product/service success bidding at 100 percentages, while making bidders join in the bidding by offering expectation for low price/high earnings. CONSTITUTION: A registration part(310) processes registration related businesses. A certification part(320) processes certification related businesses. A reception part(330) processes bidding application/reception related businesses. A processing part(340) determines the business such as a bidding condition and successful bidding results. A database(350) stores related information such as registration particulars, certification particulars, and bidding information. A database linking part(360) stores processing particulars of each part to the database and provides the stored particulars to each part if necessary.
