FABRIC CONTAINING CUBIC FOAM PATTERNS AND HAVING EXCELLENT CUBIC EFFECT, ABRASION RESISTANCE AND WASH FASTNESS

PURPOSE: Fabric formed foam patterns is characterized by preventing pigments from being separated and increasing cubic effect, abrasion resistance, wash fastness and value added. The fabric is useful for clothes. CONSTITUTION: Fabric formed foam patterns is obtained by the steps of: mixing 30-50pts.wt of an adhesive comprised of ethylene vinyl acetate and acryl copolymer per 1pts.wt of pigment to manufacture an adhesive composition(20); printing the patterns on an upper part of the fabric(10) with the adhesive composition by using a printing copper foil(50); and then foaming the patterns with a heating copper foil or a pressing copper foil(30).
