PURPOSE: A non-rotary emblem displayer attached on a wheel cap of a vehicle is provided to cut down the cost by joining an emblem plate and a case by a roller and to minimize noise of the emblem plate in high-speed traveling by making the roller from synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION: A non-rotary emblem displayer attached on a wheel cap of a vehicle is composed of a disc-shaped emblem plate(110) comprising a weighted body(112) stuck on the rear side and a plurality of rollers(114) installed circumferentially on the rear lateral side; a ring-shaped case(120) having a roller groove unit(122) formed on the inner peripheral surface and a plurality of fixing tools(124) arranged circumferentially on the rear side; a rear cover(130) for shielding the rear side of the case; and a fixing tool support plate(140) spaced from the rear side of the case at the predetermined distance to hold plural fixing tools.
