CONTROL SYSTEM OF A BOILER WITH AN AC FAN FOR CONTROLLING THE AC FAN QUICKLY ACCORDING TO SIGNALS FROM A CONTROL CIRCUIT WITH A MICROCOMPUTER

PURPOSE: A control system of a boiler with an AC fan is provided to restrict time delay for reaching the predetermined RPM of the AC fan in fluctuating power supplied to the AC fan by using a microcomputer. CONSTITUTION: A control system of a boiler is composed of an AC fan(2a) formed in the boiler, a temperature sensor(32) installed in the end of an air supply part for forming the air blowing passage by the AC fan to detect the temperature of the end of the air supply part, an air flow sensor(35) communicated with the air supply part and installed in a mix chamber in which fuel from the fuel supply part is mixed with air to detect air flow through the mix chamber, and a controller(10) controlling parts for operating the boiler with the AC fan. A microcomputer(11) is formed in the controller to control parts and the AC fan according to temperature from the temperature sensor and the air flow from the air flow sensor.
