PURPOSE: A system for collecting the traffic information is provided to collect the traffic information by using only probe-cars without installing an apparatus such as a physical beacon. CONSTITUTION: A system for collecting the traffic information includes a global positioning system(GPS) receiver, a memory and a collection terminal. The memory stores the information for the node. The collection terminal transmits the passing node and the corresponding time to the control server. And, the information of the node is controlled through over the air(OTA).
