COATING METHOD OF NANO-FIBER USING ELECTRIC SPINNING METHOD AND INCREASING PRODUCTIVITY

PURPOSE: A coating method of nano-fiber is characterized by using an electric spinning method, increasing productivity and improving quality of finished products. The nano-fiber is useful for materials of a filter and materials for medical treatment. CONSTITUTION: A coating device of nano-fiber using an electric spinning method is as follows: many nozzle plates(2) which are arranged to make nozzles(3) set alternately, containing the nozzles and grooves for keeping a spinning solution; and the nozzles set in a diagonal direction of a connecting side of the nozzle plate. A coating method of the nano-fiber is as follows: supplying the spinning solution of a fixed quantity to the nozzle plates; maintaining the same maximum height of the spinning solution in keeping as height of an inlet of the nozzle; and then regulating an angle formed between the nozzle and a perpendicular line to non-woven fabric(A) into 0-20degrees.
