PRODUCTION OF FUNCTIONAL FEED FOR BREEDING PIGS BY FERMENTING BY-PRODUCTS FROM BEAN CURD PROCESSING, WILD PLANTS, ADDITIVES AND ASSORTED FEED

PURPOSE: A method of preparing functional feed for breeding pig by mixing biji as a by-product from bean curd(tubu, tofu) processing, wild plants, additives and assorted feed and then fermenting is provided. The product increases the growth of animals, improves meat quality and reduces the cholesterol level when fed to animals. CONSTITUTION: To make the functional feed, 68 to 72% by weight of assorted feed is mixed with 21 to 25% by weight of a by-product from tubu processing, 3.0% by weight of wild plants, 1.2 to 2.0% by weight of tangerine peel, 0.5 to 1.5% by weight of balloon flower, 0.6 to 1.8% by weight of charcoal powder, 1.0% by weight of chitosan and 0.15% by weight of each of microorganism and black sugar, fermented and then allowed to cool at room temperature.
