PURPOSE: A frozen fish scaler is provided to eliminate the risk that fish is defrosted during scaling, ensure rapid workability, and reduce industrial accident. CONSTITUTION: A main body(3) and a grip(4) with a switch(24) are formed integral on the upper side of an earth plate(2). A rotor coupling hole(6) is formed on the main body(3) so that a scaling hole(5) is opened at the underside of the front of the earth plate(2). A rotor(7) fixed with a fixing bolt so as to separate a cutting blade(8) exposed out of the scaling hole(5) is axially installed and sealed with a rotor cover. A motor coupling hole(11) is formed at one side of the rotor coupling hole(6). A driving motor(12), which is turned on/off by a switch(24), is installed and sealed with a motor cover. Belt pulleys are axially disposed on a rotor shaft and a driving motor shaft(12a), and connected by a belt. An exhaust space(15) whose one side is sealed and the other side communicates with the outside is formed on the upper side of the rotor coupling hole(6), and connected to the rotor coupling hole(6) by an exhaust passage(16). An exhaust nozzle connecting with an air supply tube so as to spray a high pressure air in the direction perpendicular to the exhaust space(15) is coupled to the rotor cover.
