PURPOSE: A waste grease removal device of a roller bearing is provided to remove waste grease in the roller bearing quickly and easily by installing an injection nozzle and to prevent the removed waste grease from being cling to the roller bearing again. CONSTITUTION: A waste grease removal device of a roller bearing comprises a bearing-seating part(10), a lifting part(30), and a bearing-washing part(50). The bearing-seating part has a bearing-seating plate(14) having a protruded gear part(14a) hingably fixed to the lower part of a support frame(12) and horizontally rotating, and a rotating motor(18) fixed to the lower part of the support frame. The rotating motor drives a driving gear(16) engaging with the protruded gear part. The lifting part has a lifting cylinder(32) installed to the upper part of the support frame; a lifting member(34) fixed to a rod(32a) of the lifting cylinder and vertically moved; and a washing container(36) fixed to the lower part of the lifting member. The bearing-washing part has a supply pipe installed to the lifting member and lifted and lowered by a cylinder, and an injection nozzle(56) fixed to the lower part of the supply pipe. Plural injection ports communicating with the supply pipe are formed to the injection nozzle. Grease of the roller bearing seated on the bearing-seating plate is removed and dried by washing water and high-pressure air injected from the injection nozzle.
