PURPOSE: A sprinkler fixing device is provided to adjust a distance between a sprinkler fixing device and a ceiling, thereby easily coupling a reducer and a sprinkler to the sprinkler fixing device. CONSTITUTION: The sprinkler fixing device includes an adjusting frame(120) having a pair of guide bosses(121), a fastening hole(122) to which a reducer is fixed, and an adjusting hole(123) formed at an upper portion of a protruded portion of the adjusting frame. A fixture(130) has a fixing boss(131) inserted into the adjusting hole, an adjusting rod(134) formed with a hinge hole(132) and partition(133), a resilient member(135) provided at an outer diameter portion of the adjusting rod, and a handle(137) coupled to the hinge hole. A fixing frame(110) has plural spaced grooves(111) for receiving the boss of the adjusting rod, and a vertical member(114) fixed to a ceiling.
