BUILDING FLOOR BOARD FORMING VARIOUS FIGURES AS FLOOR SURFACE AND MANUFACTURING PROCESS THEREOF

PURPOSE: A building floor board, to be attached on floor of building and forms various figures as a floor surface, and a manufacturing process thereof are provided to offer a decorative effect, to produce a high-class product, to improve the productivity because of a mass production, to elongate the service life and to prevent the decoloration. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing the building floor board by attaching a patterned wood on the plywood, includes steps of: a first coating(20), coating and sanding the surface of the plywood attached on the floor board with UV paints and passing through an UV lamp so as to form a first UV coating layer; a first grinding(30) for sanding and grinding the surface of the first UV coating layer; a second coating(40), coating the surface of the sanded and grounded first UV coating layer with UV paints again and passing through the UV lamp so as to form a second UV coating layer; a second grinding(50) for sanding and grinding the surface of the second UV coating layer; a figure treating(60); a third coating(70); and a finishing(80).
