PURPOSE: An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to improve insulation characteristic between a gate printed circuit board and a bottom chassis to prevent the gate printed circuit board from being erroneously operated due to static electricity. CONSTITUTION: An LCD includes a display unit(100) for displaying images, an optical unit(200) for providing light to the display unit, and a bottom chassis(300) for housing the optical unit. The display unit includes an LCD panel(110) for displaying images, a data printed circuit board(120) connected to one side of the LCD panel, and a gate printed circuit board(130) connected to another side of the LCD panel. The gate printed circuit board has a via hole formed in a predetermined region. The optical unit is located under the LCD panel. The bottom chassis is composed of a bottom face, the first, second, third and fourth sidewalls. An insulating member is attached to the first sidewall corresponding to the via hole.
