PURPOSE: A digital will system using multiple media based on an Internet server and a method thereof are provided to periodically check existence of a user through an existence checking program and an email after storing the will to the media and an Internet server, and transfer the media to a fixed receiver after checking death of the user. CONSTITUTION: A user terminal(10) receives an ID/password and a user account to store the will by connecting to a will management server(30) on the Internet(20), makes will contents by using one of an Internet document, the email, real-time telephone recording, the ARS(Auto Response System), or A/V(Audio/Video) recording, and transfers it to the server. If a window asking the ID/password of the user is appeared for Internet connection, the user terminal transmits data to the server after performing the existence check program/email transfer by inputting the password. The server stores the will contents transmitted from the user terminal in a database(40) and transfer the media recording the will of the user to the fixed receiver(50) if the death of the user is confirmed. |
