PURPOSE: A lotto lottery vending machine is provided to detect a forged note and recognize the age of users automatically for preventing adolescents from buying a lotto lottery ticket. CONSTITUTION: A cash input processor(410) is used for detecting a forged note and recognizing a sum of money. An age recognition processor(420) is used for reading an identification card and recognizing the age of a user. A user input unit(430) receives the commands of the user. A control unit(440) controls operations of a lotto lottery vending machine by an instruction of the user when the age of user is more than a preset age. A communication unit(450) transmits selected lottery numbers to a central management server and receives a response message from the central management server. A lotto lottery issuing unit(470) records a lottery number, a lottery date, and an issuing time on a lotto lottery ticket and outputs the lotto lottery ticket.
