METHOD AND A SYSTEM FOR CONTROLLING A BOILER OR A WATER HEATER WITH AN AC BLOWER FOR REGULATING VOLTAGE OF THE AC BLOWER AND RPM STABLY

PURPOSE: A control method of a boiler or a water heater with an AC blower and a control system thereof are provided to restrict noise, and to prevent ignition failure or explosion by controlling RPM to the desired value for the ignition time and regulating the air flow properly at the optimal air ratio. CONSTITUTION: An AC blower is started at the initial RPM(Revolution per minute)(S11), and the desired value of RPM of the AC blower is checked again by controlling power to the AC blower to reach the desired value of the feedback initial RPM(S12). The RPM of the AC blower is controlled to the desired value(S13). The driving force is applied for the first predetermined time according to the initial state of rotation of the AC blower. Additional driving force is applied for the second predetermined time to reach the desired value of RPM by keeping driving force.
