PURPOSE: A heating cooking apparatus is provided to cook food safely and evenly by restricting unwanted heating in putting a food loading net on an upper plate of an upper body and by preventing burn of the hand of the user in lifting the food loading net carelessly. CONSTITUTION: A heating cooking apparatus is composed of a cooking chamber(20) storing food, a plane heater(22) and a lower heater(23) heating food in the cooking chamber, a roast mesh(24) on which food is placed in the cooking chamber, and an auxiliary mesh unit(25) detachably mounted to the roast mesh. Food is heated evenly by radiating heat of the lower heater evenly with the auxiliary mesh unit. An upper plate(3) is arranged in the upper part of a body of the cooking apparatus, and an induction heating coil is arranged in the lower part of the upper plate to induce heating of a cooking pot on the upper plate. A control unit controls the operation of the heater and the induction heating coil, and the auxiliary mesh unit has a leg part(28) attached and detached from the roast mesh and the metal mesh part.
