PURPOSE: A system for automatically controlling/managing a cigarette purchase procedure and a health management procedure of smokers based on the online network is provided to naturally restrict increase of a social expense owing to smoking by composing infrastructure to systematically control/manage the smoking of under ages and the health of the smoker. CONSTITUTION: A basic smoker information processing terminal(SA) recognizes/analyzes ID data of the smoker requesting cigarette purchase and converts/outputs ID recognition data and cigarette purchase information. A health management relay management server(200) confirms registration of the smoker based on the ID recognition data, returns a confirmation result, stores/updates the cigarette purchase information, and generates/outputs health aid request information reflecting the accumulated cigarette purchase information of the smoker. A medical institution management server(300) generates/updates health analysis data by analyzing smoking propensity of each smoker, and transmits a health diagnosis notification message to a smoker's message receiving terminal(4). |
