PURPOSE: A pallet type light weight precast panel, using self-foaming light weight concrete is provided to improve heat insulation, light weight and sound absorption, and fire resistance, and to satisfy the functions as a structural material as well as a heat insulating material. CONSTITUTION: The pallet type light weight precast panel is produced by kneading a self-foaming light weight dry mortar(5) comprised of 85wt% of cement, 15wt% of quicklime, 0.7wt% of a foaming agent, 0.2wt% of fibrous chip and coal fly ash with water, and placing the resulted mortar in a pallet type casing mold having hollow part(4) and frames(1,1',2).
