PURPOSE: Provided is a one-touch kneading machine for commercial use having a safety cover and a control method thereof, to prevent accidents and help a user more easily control the rotation speed and kneading time by recipes. CONSTITUTION: The kneading machine(10) includes a circular-shaped safety cover(23) installed on the top end of a kneading bowl(20), for covering an entrance of the kneading bowl(20) and thereby, preventing foreign materials such as gloves from entering into the kneading bowl(20); and a suspension(24) formed on one side of the safety cover(23). Particularly, the suspension(24) is connected to the safety cover(23) in such a manner to protect a sensor(17) that is perpendicularly connected to a hinge(26). Also, switches(31) including an automatic selection switch for setting desired kneading speed and time, and a number display window(32) is installed on an upper part(13) of the kneading machine(10).
