摘要 PURPOSE: A TFT-LCD(Thin Film Transistor-Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to vary the channel length and width of a TFT to change the quantity of charges, to thereby increase the number gray levels without decreasing luminance. CONSTITUTION: A TFT-LCD includes an array substrate, M gate lines(33), N data lines(35), a plurality of TFTs(T21,T22,T23), and pixel electrodes(41). The gate lines and data lines are arranged on the array substrate, intersecting each other to define pixel regions. The TFTs are respectively formed at intersections of the gate lines and the data lines in a matrix form. Each of the TFTs includes a gate electrode, a source electrode(37), and a drain electrode(39). The TFTs have different channel lengths and channel widths. The pixel electrodes are formed in the pixel regions and connected to the source electrodes of the TFTs, respectively.
