PURPOSE: Provided are double-coated cosmetic containing the first and second compositions, uses thereof and a makeup kit containing the same. The cosmetic has long lasting make-up activity, gives even skin tone and covers up blemishes. CONSTITUTION: The double-coated cosmetic is characterized by containing the first and second compositions, wherein the first composition contains the first physiologically acceptable substrate and has a haze index of 40% and a transparency index of 70% and the second composition contains the second physiologically acceptable substrate. The make-up kit contains the double-coated cosmetic. The first and second compositions compose a basecoat and a topcoat, respectively. The first composition is selected from fillers, organic siloxane and low molecular weight of non-silicon containing polymers.
