摘要 PURPOSE: A wire cable operating structure of a telescopic column is provided to reliably release a telescopic tube engaged with a telescopic gear by making the movement distance of a taper block connected with the wire cable long and improving the increase degree of the telescopic gear. CONSTITUTION: One end of a cable(250) is connected to a lock body(230) engaged with a telescopic gear and the other end is fixed to a lever fixing bolt(282), which is installed at a bracket(245) to freely move. A wire cable operating structure of a telescopic column lifts up the lock body by changing the length of the cable with pushing or pulling the lever coupled to the lever fixing bolt and accordingly executes a telescopic function by releasing engagement of the telescopic gear. One end of the lever installed across a telescopic tube on the bracket is installed with a knob and the other end is coupled with the wire. The lever fixing bolt for hinge-fastening movably the lever is disposed at one spot of the lever. An operating part is the distance formed from the lever fixing bolt to the knob. A movable part is the distance formed from the lever fixing bolt to a connection portion of the wire. The length of the movable part is mounted at the spot longer than the operating unit.
