PURPOSE: A constraint force improvement device of a three-point-type seat belt is provided to increase the constraint force for the lower half of passenger's body while maintaining the constraint of the upper half of the passenger's body in a vehicle collision and to minimize injury in the lower half of passenger's body, by installing a belt constraint member and springs to a plate of the seat belt. CONSTITUTION: A constraint force improvement device of a three-point-type seat belt(1) includes a belt, a buckle, and a plate(3). A guide hole(11) and a mounting hole(12) are formed in the plate. A belt constraint member(20), constraining the movement of the seat belt when the plate and the buckle are combined, is combined to the guide hole. Springs(30), releasing the constraint of the movement of the seat belt while pushing the belt constraint member when the plate and the buckle are separated, are installed to the mounting hole. The belt constraint member has a horizontal movement hole(21) enabling combination to the plate; a belt constraint face(22) constraining the seat belt when the plate and the buckle are combined; and a tongue-passing hole(23) through which a tongue part of the plate passes.
