PURPOSE: A logo fixing structure of a vehicle is provided to reduce the cost and to enhance the appearance, by combining a spring clip to a guide boss and fixing a logo to a radiator grille. CONSTITUTION: A logo fixing structure of a vehicle fixes a logo(10) to a radiator grille(1) mounted to the front of the vehicle to make air inflow into an engine room. A guide boss(11) is protruded on the logo. The guide boss is combined trough the radiator grille. A spring clip(30) is combined to the guide boss in a close contact state with the inside of the radiator grille and the logo is fixed to the radiator grille. The spring clip comprises a body part(31) of a plate shape. A through hole(31a) smaller than the diameter of the guide boss is formed in the body part. A notched elastic piece(32) elastically bending is formed to the inside of the through hole.
