TABLE FOR SCALING FROZEN FISH FOR EFFECTIVELY HANDLING DUST GENERATED UPON SCALING USING FROZEN FISH SCALER

PURPOSE: A table for scaling frozen fish is provided to effectively handle dust generated upon scaling using a frozen fish scaler. CONSTITUTION: The table(1) for scaling frozen fish comprises: a support frame(2) on which a holder(5) for holding a control box(3) capable of power source control and an electronic scaler(4) is raised at the front; a mounting portion(7) which is provided with at least two V-shaped blocks(11) at a supporter(10) so as to mount frozen fish(6) divided into a proper size and is installed at an upper side of the support frame(2); a collecting portion(9) which collects and treats scaled material and dust(8) exhausted from a scaler(4) by arranging at the back of the mounting portion(7) a perforated plate(14) formed integral with a sloped intercepting plate(13) and fixing the same to the support frame(2) by a connecting bracket(15), and forming a collection pocket(16) at the back side of the perforate plate(14) for dust removal; and a conveyer belt(17) which is installed at the underside of the slope intercepting plate(13).
