PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a micro weave label and a plain weave label is characterized by using a satin weaving machine, increasing productivity, maximizing operation rate and increasing quality. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a plain weave label is as follows: supplying source of electricity to a satin weaving machine; preparing operation of the satin weaving machine; preparing melt yarn as one warp in case that a user selects a plain weave; dividing the warp into two; weaving the plain weave joined with many melt yarns in a fixed width at equal intervals to form the double-ply plain weave; and then passing the double-ply plain weave through a heat plate to manufacture the separated double-ply plain weave. A manufacturing method of a micro weave label is as follows: finishing yarn; manufacturing the label out of warp and weft having 40-50denier; making a punching card and a card for weaving the label; and then weaving the label and a base material with a high density gear having 89-94 of density to manufacture the label having 76-82 of density.
