MAKEUP COSMETIC COMPOSITION FOR KERATIN MATERIALS, ESPECIALLY KERATIN FIBERS TO DISPLAY LONG LASTING THICKENING POWER

PURPOSE: Provided is a makeup composition, such as the eyelash, for keratin materials, especially keratin fibers. The composition has long lasting thickening power by using specific polymer which is soluble in the hydrophobic solvent and has crystallization. CONSTITUTION: The makeup cosmetic composition is characterized by containing hydrophobic solvent, 3 wt.% of at least one kind of waxes, based on the total weight of the composition, at least one kind of polymers which are soluble in the hydrophobic solvent and have crystallization, and 20 wt.% of water and/or at least one kind of water soluble solvents, based on the total weight of the composition. The composition has the solid content of 45 wt.% or less.
