PURPOSE: An inverter power module for electric/electronic products is provided to improve productivity by making a plurality of elements mounted on a lower side of a main board be mounted on a sub board, and then mounting the sub board on the main board at once. CONSTITUTION: An inverter power module for electric/electronic products includes a plurality of first elements(110,120,140,160,170,170'), a plurality of second elements, a main board(100), and a sub-board(200). The first elements constitute a power portion. The second elements constitute an inverter. The first elements are arranged on the main board. The second elements are arranged on the sub-board. The sub-board is implemented on the main board. The first elements are dip-implemented on the main board and the main board includes a receiving portion on a surface thereof where the sub-board is mounted. |
