摘要 PURPOSE: A method and a device for controlling a sled servo of an optical disk device are provided to feedback-control an input level of a sled servo unit in accordance with a deflection of an optical disk and an optical disk device, thereby accomplishing a stable sled servo control function. CONSTITUTION: A system obtains DC components and eccentric components of a tracking error signal by low band-filtering the tracking error signal(S702). The system calculates an amount of deflection of an optical disk, and sets a gain for band pass-filtering an eccentric band by using the calculated deflection(S704). The system band pass-filters the eccentric components of the tracking error signal by a band pass filter having the calculated gain(S706). The system drives a sled motor by using the band pass-filtered result(S708).
