PURPOSE: Provided is a permanent hair tint composition containing a red coloring agent isolated from Rubiae radix. Therefore, the composition has harmless to the human body and has long lasting coloring property as well as excellent fastness against shampoo. CONSTITUTION: The permanent hair tint composition comprises the first dyeing agent containing the precursor of the oxidative hair dyeing agent, and the second dyeing agent containing hydroperoxide. The first dyeing agent is characteristically added with a red coloring agent isolated from Rubiae radix in the amount of 0.1-99.9 wt.%. The pH value of the composition ranges within pH 4-10.
