PURPOSE: An artificial color aggregate and its manufacturing method are provided to improve color durability, to reduce the construction cost by substituting natural color stones with the same, and to give various vivid colors with a prolonged period by convenient maintenance. CONSTITUTION: The artificial color aggregate is produced by painting natural stone(50) having a diameter of 20mm or more with a paint mixture comprising cement and paint as main ingredients; drying the painted stone to form a color layer(60) on the surface of aggregate; coating the dried aggregate with a reinforcing coat(72), drying it and repeating this procedure at least once to form reinforced color layers(74,76).
