PURPOSE: Provided is a double-structured lipstick with a core and a shell containing an effective amount of an anti-wrinkle compound. Therefore, the lipstick is applied to lips, it has anti-wrinkle effect. CONSTITUTION: The double-structured lipstick is characterized by containing a core part formed by mixing an effective amount of, preferably 0.01-10 wt.% of an anti-wrinkle compounds with a base composed of oil, waxes and pigments; and a shell part which has a distinction from the color of the core part and surrounds the core part. The core part further contains .01-30 wt.% of multivalent alcohol.
