PURPOSE: A device for maintaining the constant high pressure of a refrigerator is provided to prevent supercooling by detecting change of pressure of refrigerant gas sequentially and regulating rotation of the fan variably. CONSTITUTION: A constant high pressure maintaining device(10) is composed of a signal output switch(90) connected to a gas line flowing refrigerant gas to transmit the signal for regulating the operation speed of a fan to a circuit board(200) by varying the resistance value in moving a bellows rod(22) from bellows(20) with the bellows rod moving according to the change of pressure, the bellows displaying the mechanical moving direction and the movement according to pressure of refrigerant gas, and the circuit board converting the resistance value from the signal output switch into the electric signal corresponding to rpm of the fan. The signal output switch converts the movement of the bellows rod into the resistance value. The rotational speed of the fan is regulated, and supercooling of the refrigerator is prevented by converting the pressure of refrigerant gas into the electric signal.
