CONTINUOUS RICE COOKING DEVICE FOR REDUCING THE TIME FOR REACHING A RE-OPERATION TEMPERATURE SET IN A MICROCOMPUTER UNIT BY COOLING THE RICE COOKING DEVICE WITH A BLOWER FAN

PURPOSE: A continuous rice cooking device is provided to decrease the time for reaching a re-operation set temperature by cooling the rice cooking device by sending the cold air into the device by rotating counterclockwise a blower fan and discharging the hot air out of the device by rotating clockwise the fan. CONSTITUTION: A continuous rice cooking device(10) having at least one rice cooking compartment(11) arranged in a double layer and cooking foods by controlling a rice cooking operation by a microcomputer unit(60) is composed of a temperature sensing unit(30) positioned in the rice cooking device; a cooling unit positioned at an outer side of the rice cooking device; and an air guide pipe of which one end is disposed at the side of the temperature sensing unit at a predetermined gap and the other end is connected to the cooling unit. The air guide pipe guides the flow of the air moving into/out of the rice cooking device by the cooling unit. The cooling unit is operated if temperature measured by the temperature sensing unit is higher than temperature set in the microcomputer unit, and stopped if the measured temperature is lower than the set temperature. The temperature sensing unit is a thermistor and the cooling unit is a blower fan.
