PURPOSE: A jack fixing device for a vehicle is provided to prevent the loading space of a trunk room from being narrowed and to improve worker's safety by installing a case body, wherein a jack is retracted in a receiving part, through a trunk floor panel. CONSTITUTION: A jack fixing device for a vehicle comprises a case body(100) having a receiving part(110) in which a jack(200) is retracted; a clamp(300) fixing the jack inserted in the receiving part of the case body; and a fixing hook maintaining and releasing the fixing force of the clamp fixing the jack. The case body is installed through a trunk floor panel(400). The fixing hook is fixed to an upper part of the inner wall surface of the receiving part of the case body. The combined and separated to/from the fixing hook is installed to the case body rotatably around the lower part.
