PURPOSE: A device driver of an MOST network is provided to control effectively electronic appliances by using an MOST device controller including a net service and a resource manager program to control an OS8104 chip for mutually connecting optical communication of the MOST network. CONSTITUTION: An OS8104 chip(1) is used for connecting optical communication networks of a MOST network in order to control effectively electronic appliances(100). A MOST device controller(10) is connected between the OS8104 chip and the electronic appliances and includes a DSP chip or an operating system in order to open or close the MOST network, assign and release a synchronization channel, and connect and disconnect the synchronization channel. The MOST device controller includes a resource manager program and a net service program.
