PURPOSE: To provide a device for inputting filler into molten steel outlet of ladle with function of removing alien substance, the device capable of stably injecting filler into an accurate position of the molten steel outlet after removing alien substance stuck to the molten steel outlet by preparing an alien substance removal means embedded in a conventional filler injection device. CONSTITUTION: In a device for inputting filler into a molten steel outlet(70a) in a lower part of a ladle, the device for inputting filler into the molten steel outlet of the ladle with function of removing alien substance comprises a cylindrical nozzle pipe(20) which is installed on an upper part of the ladle such that the nozzle pipe is liftable and lowerable, and on one side portion of which an injection port(23) is penetratingly formed such that filler is injected into the nozzle pipe through the injection port; a hollow moving pipe(26) which is embedded in the nozzle pipe with being axially connected to an operation cylinder(24) fixed to an upper part of the nozzle pipe, and a lower part of which is connected to a plurality of polyp plates(42) by rods, the polyp plates movably fixed to a lower part of the nozzle pipe; and an up down moving bar(25) which is embedded in the hollow moving pipe, to which a cutoff gate(28) of the injection port is attached, and to a lower part of which a guiding tip(40) is fixed.
