A local base station(200) demultiplexes the down stream optical signals received from the central base station as a plurality of down stream channels, and multiplexes the plurality of upper stream channels having different wavelength as upper stream optical signals and then outputs them to the central base station. And upper stream Bragg reflector lasers(331,332) output wavelength-locked upper stream channels to the local base station, and a plurality of subscribers(301,302) detect the corresponding down stream channel received from the local base station.
