FIELD: organic chemistry, medicine, pharmacy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to phenylcyclohexane carboxylic acid substituted amides of the formula (I): wherein A, D, E and G are similar or different and mean group CH or nitrogen atom; R1 means group CH2-OH or residue of the formula CO-NH2; R2 means alkyl comprising 1-8 carbon atoms that can be broken by oxygen atom, or piperazine comprising residue of the formula NR4 wherein R4 means hydrogen atom, alkyl comprising 1-6 carbon atoms, or cycloalkyl comprising 3-7 carbon atoms wherein alkyl comprising 1-8 carbon atoms can be broken by oxygen atom, substituted with 1-3 hydroxyl groups or residue of the formula -NR5R6 wherein R5 and R6 mean hydrogen atom, or in common with nitrogen atom form morpholine ring; R3 means phenyl ring, and their salts. Also, invention relates to a medicinal agent eliciting effect on inhibitory absorption of adenosine and based on these compounds.
