FIELD: chemical and petrochemical industries; production of low molecular weight polyolefins. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with devices for treatment of standard and non-standard rubber resins, their waste products and may be used at the enterprises of chemical and a petrochemical industries. The device contains a reactor supplied with connections for delivery of the mother substances and for withdrawal of a melt of a polymer as well as with the gauges to control the temperature in the reactor and controllers of consumption of the mother product. At that the reactor has an electrical heating and is made in the form of a cylindrical shell with the lower conical part having a cone angle of 7-65 and being a working zone with the temperature of destruction of 250-440. At that the electro-heated reactor contains a cartridge made in the form of a set of lattices or plates, or heads and located in the working zone of the electroheated reactor supplied with an outlet connection for withdrawal volatile products of destruction for their recirculation. The invention offers the device to produce the low molecular weight polyolefins, ensuring production of low molecular weight polyolefins with fixed molecular-mass characteristics and reproducibility of physical-mechanical parameters of properties of petroleum products after using these dopes of no less than 80 %. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures production of low molecular weight polyolefins with fixed molecular-mass characteristics and reproducibility of physical-mechanical parameters of properties of petroleum products by no less than 80 %. ^ 3 ex, 6 dwg |
