СПОСОБ ИЗГОТОВЛЕНИЯ МЕТАЛЛИЧЕСКИХ СОТОВЫХ КОНСТРУКЦИЙ

FIELD: processes for making metallic honeycomb structures including envelopes and honeycomb filler in the form of corrugated belts with beads. ^ SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of cutting out blanks of envelopes and belts; shaping belts; alternatively placing belts onto electrode rack of welding machine; fixing belts on rack; feeding them to welding zone and welding belts to envelopes and one with other. Belts are shaped for forming corrugated belts with beads having open bevel. In welding machine belt is placed onto non-detachable electrode rack. Belt is fixed to electrode rack by means of clamp arranged outside belts. Final bending of belt beads by 90° is realized in working parts of drawing die after releasing stops of belts while using envelopes as working parts of drawing die. Invention allows to make honeycomb metallic structures with thickness 3 - 10 mm. ^ EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg
