FIELD: organic chemistry, chemical technology. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for hardening liquid organic waste and involves conversion of waste to solid components for aim of their prolonged and safety storage. Method involves polycondensation of liquid organic waste in the presence of formaldehyde, phenol and catalyst wherein compounds with electron-acceptor substitutes or spent extraction mixtures containing these compounds are used as organic substances of aromatic order. As catalyst method involves using the concentrated phosphoric acid, and paraform is used as the formaldehyde source. The polycondensation process is carried out at temperature 180-220°C for 4-7 h followed by distilling off of condensing water. Invention provides utilization of inert organic substances having strong electron-acceptor substitutes, and also mixtures based on thereof by their conversion to the solid state. ^ EFFECT: improved hardening method. ^ 2 cl, 1 tbl, 7 ex |
