FIELD: medicine, surgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should strengthen posterior wall of inguinal canal, twist on a spiral out of plastic material and corresponding to the diameter of spermatic funiculus onto the elements of spermatic funiculus, fix spiral's lateral part towards newly developed deep inguinal ring along circumference with separate ligatures, suture medial and lateral edges of aponeurosis of external oblique muscle together above the spermatic funiculus, fix spiral's medial edge along circumference towards newly developed external opening of inguinal canal. The innovation provides better carcass characteristics and avoids compression of patient's spermatic funiculus. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of hernioplasty. ^ 5 dwg, 1 ex |
