FIELD: non-iron metallurgy, in particular copper electroextraction from sulfuric acid electrolytes. ^ SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes providing on copper surface protective foam layer with introduced surfactant. As said surfactant alkylsulfonate in amount of 5.5-7.5 mg/l is used.
