The vane has a longitudinal sleeve (14) inserted in a central cavity (16) and fixed at wall of exterior opening (19) by welding or brazing. The sleeve is folded in zone of its end portion (21) guided by a guide (20), in a manner to form a throat (22) for passage of air flow that is guided in its cavity. Dimension of the throat is smaller than that of the guide.
