The device has two left and right vertical shoring supports (42, 43) that are slideable in a manner to be adjustable in height. Each support has a centered plate (421) at its base. A base tube (422) of squared section is integrated on the centered plate and another tube (423) of squared section slides on the plate. Each support has a cover overlapping a jamb of wall. - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for assembling a shoring device.
