SIGNAL QUALITY EVALUATION APPARATUS AND SIGNAL QUALITY EVALUATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal quality evaluation apparatus capable of evaluating an error rate of a digital signal carried by a plurality of carriers by each carrier. SOLUTION: The signal quality evaluation apparatus is configured to include: an FFT section 11 for converting an input signal (a) of a time region carried by a plurality of carriers into a signal b of a frequency region; a decoding section 12 for decoding the signal b; a coding section 13 for coding a decoded signal c; a demodulation section 14 for demodulating the signal b; a delay time correction section 15 for correcting a delay time; an error rate calculation section 16 for calculating an error rate of the signal (a) on the basis of a signal d coded by the coding section 13 and a signal f whose delay time is corrected by the delay time correction section 15; and a display section 17 for displaying the error rate, and the signal evaluation apparatus evaluates the error rate of the digital signal by each carrier.
