PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a real time control system to prevent a cache mistake, and to effectively use a cache memory. SOLUTION: Only when an operation mode is 0, the update of a control mode and the exchange of cache is executed, and when it is necessary to execute cache exchange processing, the update of the operation mode is executed after the end of the cache exchange processing. Also, only when the operation mode is 0, the update of the control mode is executed, and when the operation mode is 1, the value of the next control mode is used to decide the necessary/unnecessary of the cache exchange processing. Also, when it is necessary to execute the cache exchange processing, the update of the operation mode is executed after the end of the cache exchange processing.
