PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly fix a synthetic resinous drum case to a panel. SOLUTION: A gear case 82 of a driving unit is fixed to a first side surface of the synthetic resinous panel 6 composing a part of a door, and the synthetic resinous drum case 92 of a driven unit is fixed to a second side surface of the panel 6. A cylindrical member 14 with length longer than the thickness of a fixing portion 92c and slightly shorter than the sum of the thickness of the fixing portion 92c and the thickness of the panel 6, is fitted with an installing hole 92d provided on the fixing portion 92c of the drum case 92. A projecting portion of the cylindrical member 14, which projects from the installing hole 92d is fitted with an installing hole 66 provided on the panel 6. A bolt 13 is inserted into the cylindrical member 14 from a first end side, and screwed and fastened with female thread means 82d, 82e abutting on a second end side of the cylindrical member 14, thereby fixing the drum case 92 to the second side surface of the panel 6.
