PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display data inputted by a registering person in an intuitively understandable way and to allow selection by direct input or from a screen. SOLUTION: This invention realizes to obtain a zip number from a table (or tables presenting when necessary) by making the registering person input not a zip number but a research key (district name)specifying the sorting destination, based on the research key, when creating a sorting designation file for sorting mails.
